About Military Fitness Training.

We are North East Scotland’s leading fitness provider. Now operating in locations across the country, we offer the best way to get fit and lose weight, whilst having great fun with other people!

Designed by former members of the Armed Forces and other Fitness Professionals we adopt functional training methods that will help to motivate and encourage you to get back into fitness!

We specialise in various services whether you just want to improve your quality of health and life style, lose weight, tone up or become a professional athlete we can provide the correct service and advice for you.

Our instructors don’t just stand in front of the class and demonstrate exercises that the class then repeats. Our instructors lead, explain, guide, and motivate you through each session.

According to the needs of the group they will accelerate and decelerate the pace of the class, introduce exercise variations, and ensure that everyone pairs up or gets in the right group for team games and challenges.

Using the landscape around them, they’ll take their classes around the ups and downs, ins and outs of the park and get the most out of the natural environment.

We also compete in OCR Championships and are involved in health and fitness promotions, having run events for local health and fitness facilities to promote a healthier lifestyle to the public. These events cover topics such as personal fitness, diet, nutrition, alternative and remedial therapy.

Over the years it has been our privilege to work with a great many social clubs and organisations, helping to raise funds for various different charities thought the local area.

Why our clients love Military Fitness Training.

Having tried supposedly similar style classes for a year with no decent results I came to Norman's. Within a matter of months I could not believe the results, achieved through Normans motivation and advice. AMAZING!

Ronay Allan-Thomson

I've been attending this class for almost 10 years. It is the best, most varied, most enjoyable form of exercise for all levels of ability. Norman's unique form of encouragement is a delight to behold! It is an excellent group of people who attend making the class extra special.

John Dorrian

Fitness and laughter has to be the main reasons to love this class. With every class being different from the last you see yourself tone up, and get fit, all while having fun with a great bunch of people. You won't get bored!

Louise McCullough

It wasn't easy getting started and required a lot of effort & dedication. It's been one of the best life changing decisions I've made. With first class instructions from Norman and his team of instructors I've completed many endurance & stamina courses that I never thought possible.
